Ingenieurbüro für die Fahrzeug(dauerlauf)-Erprobung auf und vor allem, um den Nürburgring sowie auf den bekannten Testfeldern im Ausland (u.a. (Spanien, Italien, Österreich, Finland)
Wir stellen Fahrer (Fahrberechtigungen: MB T2, BMW B2, Prüfgeländeführerschein A/B, Hochvoltfachkundiger etc. für Erprobungen und Dauerläufe), Know-How, Werkstatt und Technik (z.B. STAC-Messtechnik) für die Erprobung speziell von (U)HPV- und „normalen“ Fahrzeugen zur Verfügung.
Wir sind spezialisiert auf die Entwicklung und Erprobung von Bremsanlagen, Performance-Bremsanlagen, NVH- und Performance-Untersuchungen – vom Layout, über Prüfstanduntersuchungen, über Dauerläufe bis zur Abnahme. Darüber hinaus führen wir Abstimmungen für Fahrwerke, ABS- und ESP-Entwicklungen sowie Reifentests durch.
Unser Ziel ist die gesamtheitliche Betreuung der Projekte von der Aufgabenstellung bis zum fertigen Produkt und Abnahme.
Unsere Kunden sind die deutsche und internationale Automobilindustrie sowie Zulieferer aus dem In- und Ausland.
Unsere Standorte am Nürburgring (NexD e.K.) und in Mojacar (NexD S.L.) tragen der internationalen Ausrichtung unserer Tätigkeiten Rechnung. Hier halten wir Personal mit entsprechenden Qualifikationen sowie Infrastruktur und Testequipment für unsere Aufträge vor.
Entwicklung von ELV – speziell Wasserstoff
Bei der Entwicklung von ELV – also Elektrofahrzeugen – sind wir ebenso als Erprobungs- und Repräsentationspartner tätig.
Darüber hinaus ist vor allem die Entwicklung der Wasserstoff-Brennstoffzellen – Fahrzeuge unser Thema und Beitrag zur emissionsfreien „Verkehrswende“. Entsprechende Fahrzeuge laufen in unserer Flotte.
Zu diesem Thema sind wir auch an einem Austausch sowie Kooperationen mit den Fahrzeugherstellern und H2-Tankstellenbetreibern interessiert, um dieses spannende Thema weiter politisch, kommunal und in der allgemeinen Meinung weiter voran zu bringen.
Aus diesem Grund bauen wir ein Netzwerk auf, welches alle Beteiligten koordinieren und informieren soll und sowohl die Städten und Gemeinden als auch den Nutzer bei der Planung ihrer Mobiltätskonzepte unterstützt.

OEM Vehicle Development
Brake development for the automotive industry.
Engineering office for vehicle (endurance) testing on and especially around the Nürburgring, as well as on well-known proving grounds abroad (including Spain, Italy, Austria, Finland).
We provide drivers (driving authorizations: MB T2, BMW B2, proving-ground licenses A/B, high-voltage certified specialist, etc. for testing and endurance runs), know-how, workshop facilities, and technology (e.g. STAC measurement systems) for testing, in particular of (U)HPV and “standard” vehicles.
We specialize in the development and testing of braking systems, performance braking systems, NVH and performance investigations – from layout and test-bench testing through endurance runs to final approval. In addition, we carry out chassis tuning, ABS and ESP development, as well as tire testing.
Our goal is holistic project support, from the initial task definition through to the finished product and approval.
Our customers include the German and international automotive industry as well as suppliers from Germany and abroad.
Our locations at the Nürburgring (NexD e.K.) and in Mojácar (NexD S.L.) reflect the international orientation of our activities. At these sites, we maintain personnel with the appropriate qualifications, as well as infrastructure and test equipment for our projects.
Development of EVs – with a focus on hydrogen
In the development of EVs (electric vehicles), we also act as a testing and representation partner.
In particular, the development of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles is a key focus of our work and our contribution to the emissions-free “mobility transition.” Corresponding vehicles are part of our fleet.
In this context, we are also interested in exchange and cooperation with vehicle manufacturers and hydrogen refueling station operators in order to further advance this exciting topic politically, at the municipal level, and in public opinion.
For this reason, we are building a network intended to coordinate and inform all stakeholders and to support cities, municipalities, and users in planning their mobility concepts.

Desarrollo de vehículos OEM
Desarrollo de sistemas de frenos para la industria automotriz.
Oficina de ingeniería para ensayos de vehículos (ensayos de durabilidad), en y especialmente alrededor del Nürburgring, así como en reconocidos campos de pruebas en el extranjero (entre otros, España, Italia, Austria y Finlandia).
Ponemos a disposición conductores (con habilitaciones de conducción: MB T2, BMW B2, licencias de conducción en pistas de prueba A/B, especialista certificado en alta tensión, etc. para ensayos y pruebas de durabilidad), know-how, taller e infraestructura técnica (p. ej., sistemas de medición STAC) para la realización de pruebas, en particular de vehículos (U)HPV y vehículos “convencionales”.
Estamos especializados en el desarrollo y la validación de sistemas de frenos, frenos de alto rendimiento, así como en investigaciones de NVH y rendimiento, desde el diseño conceptual, pasando por ensayos en banco de pruebas, pruebas de durabilidad, hasta la homologación final. Además, realizamos ajustes de chasis, desarrollos de ABS y ESP, así como pruebas de neumáticos.
Nuestro objetivo es la gestión integral de los proyectos, desde la definición de la tarea hasta el producto final y su homologación.
Nuestros clientes son la industria automotriz alemana e internacional, así como proveedores nacionales y extranjeros.
Nuestras sedes en el Nürburgring (NexD e.K.) y en Mojácar (NexD S.L.) reflejan la orientación internacional de nuestras actividades. Desarrollo de vehículos eléctricos (EV), con especial enfoque en el hidrógeno
En el desarrollo de vehículos eléctricos (EV), también actuamos como socios de prueba y representación.
En particular, el desarrollo de vehículos con pila de combustible de hidrógeno es un eje central de nuestro trabajo y nuestra contribución a la “transición hacia una movilidad libre de emisiones”. Estos vehículos forman parte de nuestra flota.
En este ámbito, estamos interesados en el intercambio y la cooperación con fabricantes de vehículos y operadores de estaciones de repostaje de hidrógeno, con el fin de seguir impulsando este apasionante tema a nivel político, municipal y en la opinión pública en general.
Por este motivo, estamos construyendo una red destinada a coordinar e informar a todas las partes implicadas, así como a apoyar a ciudades, municipios y usuarios en la planificación de sus conceptos de movilidad.
